A. Warranty Policy

At The Phone Mechanic, we provide limited warranty on selected repair services to ensure customer satisfaction and transparency.

1. Warranty Coverage

• Warranty sirf replaced spare part par applicable hoti hai.
• Warranty period repair ke type ke hisaab se hota hai (upto 6 months, agar clearly mentioned ho).
• Warranty ke under sirf repair ya replacement diya jaata hai — cash refund nahi.

2. Warranty Not Applicable In Case Of

• Physical damage, liquid damage, burn marks
• Mishandling, pressure, drop ya unauthorized repair
• Software issues, data loss, or OS problems
• Original issues ke alawa koi naya fault

3. Warranty Claim Process

• Original invoice/bill mandatory hai
• Device ko physical inspection ke liye center par lana hoga
• Final decision technical team ka hoga

B. Refund Policy (Warranty-Aligned)

1. Phone Repair Services

• Repair start hone ke baad refund allowed nahi hota.
• Warranty ke case mein bhi refund nahi, sirf repair/replacement.
• Diagnostic/inspection charges non-refundable hain.

2. Warranty & Refund Relationship

• Agar spare part warranty mein defective paaya jaata hai:
  • ✅ Repair / Replacement
  • ❌ No Cash Refund
• Refund sirf management approval ke baad hi possible hai (rare cases).

3. Training / Courses

• Course fees non-refundable & non-transferable hain.
• Classes miss karne, course chhodne ya dissatisfaction par refund nahi milega.
• No job, income ya placement guarantee — is basis par refund claim valid nahi.

4. Repair Partner Program

• Registration / onboarding fees non-refundable.
• Earnings, leads ya profit guarantee nahi di jaati — isliye refund claim nahi.

5. Franchise Model

• Franchise fee, setup cost, training charges non-refundable.
• Business performance ya profit ke basis par refund allowed nahi.
• Refund terms (agar koi ho) sirf signed agreement ke hisaab se valid honge.

C. Approved Refund (If Any)

• Agar refund approve hota hai:
  • Original payment mode se process hoga
  • Timeline: 7–14 working days
• Partial refunds bhi company discretion par depend karte hain.

D. General Terms

• Company bina notice policy update kar sakti hai
• Services use karna = policy acceptance
• Legal jurisdiction: Delhi, India
